Why Do
we exist
- Pilots are Humans Too.
- The current rules and policies for Aviation Medicals and Aviation Organisations do not ultimately focus on the wellbeing of the pilot as a human.
- Pilots getting help is good for everybody, it’s truly an “All-Gain” situation
- Many recent accidents in aviation have been caused by poor pilot Wellbeing, and so this is more important than ever.

What Pilots Think
About W4P

"After only a couple of sessions, I can see why W4P exists. Not only am I feeling more in control, I just smashed my Cyclic sim ride, and am feeling ready to go for my command upgrade. Thank you!"
Sam M5 on Nov 2023
"My daughter really struggled to integrate into her squadron. She felt very isolated and lonely, in a male dominated environment, and didn't really know who to talk to. I think she got PTSD from that situation, more than flying over war zones. If she'd been able to access W4P, outside of the command-chain, with its discreet online methods, I think her time in the Air Force would have been a lot happier."
Stephanie P4.9 on Nov 2023
"I wish W4P had been around a few years ago. I wouldn't have bottled up things, which then led to some poor performance and bad decision making at work, and could have kept my job, and my Class 1 medical... I'm now working with a counsellor through W4P/BH and recently got my Class 1 back (no medication) and I'm flying and thinking better than ever."
